“The area that caught my attention most was the discussion on the school nurse– that a nurse’s duty cannot be given to a secretary — Bernie gave the example that a parent came in and was speaking to the secretary and the secretary said something like my child had the same thing and I did this ….. The parent took the information as “medical reference,” which then could lead to issues with the school.
